Join us in celebrating the eve of Beaujolais Nouveau with one of the region’s most exciting winemakers, Christophe Pacalet.
Christophe is a micro-negociant who produces a variety of Beaujolais appellations at his winery in Cercié, near Villié-Morgon. With a background in biology, chemistry, and culinary arts, Christophe transitioned to winemaking under the guidance of his uncle, the late iconic Morgon winemaker Marcel Lapierre. Since establishing his winery in 1999, Christophe has remained true to his Beaujolais roots, crafting wines that exude both humility and a delightful sense of enjoyment.
