Indulge in a customised menu meticulously designed to complement several vintages of the prestigious grower champagne producer, Eric Rodez.
Recognised as one of the best producers in the region, the Rodez estate is located in the Grand Cru of Ambonnay, the heart of Pinot Noir in Champagne. With his sustainable approach to farming and water management, Eric Rodez Champagne became the first French agricultural domaine to receive the Haute Valuer Environmentale certificate in 2012.
To honour the Rodez family's craftmanship, each dish from the succulent scallops to the duck, has been carefully curated to enhance the character and notes, of this unique champagne.
