Please note, during bank holidays and the festive season, experiences may be subject to additional charges. This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may only be redeemed onsite, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience and cannot be redeemed until at least 72 hours after the purchase date.
